The Restaurant Building and Staff are available for Parties, Group Functions, and Holiday Functions of all types, or outside Catering. 

         Our family had been eating at the Rib Ranch for about 20 years, and when the Rib Ranch family retired, we decided to continue the Smokehouse tradition and keep serving Central Florida great food. Be Comfortable and make yourself at Home here  so We Can Serve You.      
      In the last fifteen years, 95% of our family meals were eaten at Restaurants in Seminole and Orange Counties. Yes, we Love to eat out, but especially at Restaurants with Great food and an interesting atmosphere. Everything decorative in this place is from our own Private collection that we have acquired in the past 30 years. Our friends and families have told us for years that our Home is like a Museum, so now our restaurant is the new home of our Collection.
